This contract (“Contract”) is entered into as of the effective date of signature by and between Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc., a non-profit organization (“FRLS”), with its principal place of business located at 585 East Davidson Street, Bartow, Florida 33830, and the party or parties using the legal services of FRLS (“Client”) collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
