    Non-Contract WiFi Agreement

    In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:

    Clause 1 The party of the first part (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) is the lawful owner and operator of a wireless internet access point, known as WiFi, located at the premises specified in Schedule A hereto (the “Premises”). The party of the second part (hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient”) desires to access the Provider`s WiFi at the Premises, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
    Clause 2 The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that by accessing the Provider`s WiFi, they are bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any breach of the same may result in legal action by the Provider.
    Clause 3 The Recipient agrees not to use the Provider`s WiFi for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to hacking, file sharing, or accessing inappropriate content. The Recipient further agrees not to disclose the access credentials (e.g. password) to any unauthorized third party.
    Clause 4 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Provider`s state], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
